Active Directory Security Context

This security addin will protect the survey and allow only respondent who have access rights to the survey to see it . It will also prevent multiple submissions from the same Active Directory User to take the survey twice.

Allow Multiple Submissions is the text that will be shown next to the selection item (radio, checkbox) or inside the dropdown list.

For security reason this addin is not authenticating or asking the user's Active Directory password at any time. The directory must be configured under Internet Information Services to accept only Windows Authentication and it will be the browser that will ask the respondent for its Active Directory credentials if needed.
