In this tutorial we will see how to build a complete survey entry form from ground up and see how we can use Feedback Server's answer type system in an effective manner.

Tutorial might have been recorded on an earlier version of Feedback Server and some menu items might not be exactly as there are in the current distributed version but main functionalities claimed by the tutorial remains the same.
